Payments upfront or after sketch. Work will only continue once I have been paid.

Refunds will not be accepted once the sketch has been approved.

I reserve the right to refuse any commission for any reason.

I retain full copyright and moral rights over the artwork.

I may showcase the artwork in portfolios, samples, or on social media.

Artworks may not be used for AI training, NFTs, or crypto related activities.

Clients may not use personal commissions for commercial usage. Commercial use (e.g., print sales, merchandise, monetized streams, etc.) must be disclosed and discussed in advance.
